Alexander "Hippie" Johnson/Jansson (Swedish Solidierz), (c. July 1997 - May 10, 2016), better known by his stage name Riffi Rack or just Rack, was a American-born Swedish hip hop artist and musician who mainly focused on satirical rap. He was born in the Bronx, New York but later moved to Stockholm, Sweden as little together with his parents. He has worked with other musicians, including Rocky, Stefan C. and JackJack.
Riffi Rack or Alexander, was born in New York in 1997. He was known in his area as the goofy one, because of his humor and jokes, when he lived in Sweden of course. At the age of 8, Rack made his first serious song in his parents basement. The title of the song was "Fly". There's no evidence or proof of a existing album that he made in 2009.
In 2014, Rack was seriously injured in a automobile accident which left him paralyzed. Mostly from his chin down to his chest was paralyzed. Even though stuck in his wheelchair, Rack uploaded a video to YouTube titled "Am I the One", which is a cover of the famous Dear Mama by 2Pac, just a different title. The video received positive reviews getting over 2,000 likes and around 250,000 views. When taken down due to copyright claims in October 2014, he made another video which also seemed to receive only positive and respect.
Dam Gurk Edit
On December 21, 2015, Riffi Rack and CP Mark finished Racks debut album titled "Dam Gurk". It was first of all time. Though not getting as much reviews this time, he definitely made a step forward in Swedish Hip Hop.
Death ? Edit
On May 10, 2016, police found Racks body in the woods near a housing neighborhood in Huddinge Municipaltiy. Many people believed he was either killed or raped, which is false. They later found cocaine and (crack) in his pockets. It seemed that he died of a mixed/combined drug intoxication. He was in critical condition when he got to the hospital but died on the way in. He was only 18-19 years old.
