Maurice Jones (stage name: Reesemoney) was born on the 31st of August, 1992. At a young age. Reesemoney was already interested in rap and hiphop. His main inspiration were Cash Out and R Kelly.
Reesemoney mainly focuses his lyrics on the hood life in his own home town, Ohio. He wants to show that living in the ghetto is tough but has a lot of upsides to it.
At a very young age his mother abandoned him and his aunt took him in. He grew up living with his two sisters and 5 cousins.
At the age of 13 he got kicked out of school which made him focus on music and finally he made a name for himself : Reesemoney. It wasn't until 2016 that he broke through with his number one hit called Sandal for my Niggas.
Throughout this year, Reesemoney has released multiple music videos featuring Lil Apple, Lil bro, Fano and more. In April he announced he was working on his Album SFMN but has not released it yet.
