Dumb is the lead single from the album of Detroit rapper Royce da 5'9", called Book of Ryan. This song was released on April 19th of 2018. The first verse is performed by Royce himself, while the hook (which appears only once), second verse, and outro are all performed by Boogie, likely due to his new association with Shady Records, which Royce is also affiliated with as one-half of the rap duo Bad Meets Evil with Eminem. The song is produced by Epikh Pro, who has worked with Royce before on the song Barely Human, and Symbolyc One, who has worked with Royce on four previous occasions, including the aforementioned song Barely Human.
